Product Description:

ENZALIQUI – 09 is a highly active thermostable alpha-amylase enzyme developed for the liquefaction of starch during ethanol production from grains such as maize, sorghum, and broken rice. It breaks down complex starch molecules into soluble dextrins, reducing viscosity and preparing the mash for subsequent saccharification and fermentation.

This enzyme is specifically engineered to withstand high temperatures during cooking and maintains high enzymatic activity, making it ideal for continuous fermentation systems and high gravity fermentation processes.
